Park Mill consists of an 18th century water-mill, mill house, cottage and granary adjoining the Kenly Burn in a quiet and picturesque location just four miles along the coast road (A917) from historic St.Andrews. The properties are surrounded by trees in a sheltered position with ten acres of private grounds which offer the freedom to ramble. Gypsy the horse welcomes all who stay at Park Mill, just don’t forget the sugar cubes!
Mike and Inky Frodsham moved to Park Mill in 1979. They began trading as a bed and breakfast in Mill House during which time they converted The Cottage and The Granary into self catering units. They began the arduous task of refurbishing The Mill in 1990 and after five years moved the bed and breakfast to the new conversion. The Mill was sold in 2004 and the family moved back to the Mill House where they continue to run the self catering cottages today.
